Hazard: The product presents a high risk of choking due to easily detachable parts.
Corrective action: Recall of the product from end users and removal of the listing by the online marketplace (eBay).
The product presents a high risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the mirror link detached with a force of 82N, the foam arch tore at a force of 60N and when tested according to the impact test, 1 out of the 4 rattles opened releasing the marbles (small balls). All of these parts fit entirely with the small parts cylinder. The seam of the arch separates at a force of 30N allowing insertion into the accessibility test probe.
